Heidi is both lovely and showing good form as she practices the backstroke for reasons best known to herself.

Meanwhile, George, bored with paging through old periodicals and tidying up-- or untidying up-- seeks to impress his leopard companion by displaying a fierce hunting face and showing off his rippling physique.

I don't know about the little leopard, but it works for me.
