Saturday Fairtrade & Palestine Blogging
As part of Fairtrade Fortnight my town of Devizes, which has been declared a Fairtrade Town holds a fair/market at the Corn Exchange where local & fairtrade producers can come and sell their goods, mingle and attend talks. This year my mum had arranged for Zaytoun to come to the event to sell their products and they had 2 speakers who gave talks about farming in Palestine and the story and process of how it goes from Palestine to the UK. There was also a demonstration by a local chef on how to make the Palestinian dish Malfoof.
