George seems more posture-conscious than usual as he poses elegantly by what appears to be an exquisite alabaster food dish-- perhaps in hopes of hastening the ceremonial photography and moving on to the feasting!
And, while Heidi makes a lovely Virgin Mary in this Living Nativity presentation, experienced viewers will note an expression that suggests that she's hoping the freaking Magi will show up soon and get the adoration over with, so that she and the unseen Kitten of Kittens can move to a warmer place than that freezing stable!
Mystical and portentous Stars are all very well for establishing the mood, but after all they don't give off much heat. ;)
